KEYNOTE SPEAKER
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Mark is the author of The Effective Manager, which has sold over 50,000 copies, The Effective Hiring Manager, and co-authored The Effective Manager, Second Edition. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Following his service, he worked in Sales and Marketing at Procter and Gamble prior to starting Manager Tools. Mark is retired from day-to-day operations after having written and hosted the Manager Tools Podcast for 17 years. That said, Mark remains as board member and writer and co-host of the Executive Tools podcast.
Overview
No set schedule. All members visit all suppliers.
The Speed Networking sessions have been shortened to 12-minute sessions to accommodate the Panel Discussion and Round Table Discussions. The Speed Networking sessions are 1:1 style meetings between the operators/distributors and the suppliers to discuss business with the decision-makers.
Each supplier will have their own 10’x10’ booth, with three 8’ high curtain walls. Suppliers will remain seated at their booth and the members will visit all supplier booths by rotating booth-to-booth in ascending order at the sound of the siren every 12-minutes.

PANEL DISCUSSION
A panel of peers will discuss a set of stimulating questions that will then be opened up to the entire room for attendees to discuss with the people at their table.
